Responsible for the training and safety of over 100 construction personnel while building/
upgrading cell towers throughout Utah and Idaho. This involved educating field personnel
and construction management personnel on OSHA, ANSI, and company standards both in
a classroom setting as well as in the field, and ensuring compliance. Position required field
work in all weather conditions, and meticulous reporting of all findings.

disgruntled customers and unhappy employees. Responsibilities included selling phones,

Responsible for structural inspection of communication towers throughout various states.
Job entailed scaling towers ranging from 40’ to 600’ in all weather conditions and taking
meticulous notes on conditions of every bolt, beam, and appurtenance accompanied by
photographs and graphed drawings. Known as a perfectionist, dedicated to getting the
job done right, often working up to 90 hours in a week.
